The shopping basket contains your tickets selected to buy.

When you select a ticket, it is not offered anyone else for 15 minutes. This means that you have to finish and provide your data during this time. If this time is up, your basket is emptied automatically (this, of course, does not apply when you have begun the payment transaction.)
